We are seeking a vibrant and detail-oriented Full Specialist Hair and Nails to join our dynamic beauty team! Duties
- Perform a variety of Hair all service and nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and disinfecting workstations after each client
- Educate clients on nail health, proper maintenance, and aftercare tips to promote long-lasting results
- Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
- Keep detailed records of services provided and products used for each client
- Stay current with the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and new techniques to continually elevate service quality
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license with certification in Hair and nail care required (requirements in Brickell location)
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in a salon environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Demonstrated expertise in Hair and nail care techniques including gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art
- Familiarity with color theory for creating visually appealing designs
- Experience with retail sales to recommend products that support ongoing client nail health
- Knowledge of additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, barbering or retail math is a plus but not required
