About the Family
A warm and welcoming family is seeking an experienced, reliable, and proactive nanny to care for their 1 and 3-year-old children. The ideal candidate is nurturing, organized, clean, energetic, and enjoys creating a safe, engaging, and structured environment while supporting the family's needs.
Responsibilities Childcare
- Provide attentive, nurturing, and age-appropriate care.
- Create engaging educational and recreational activities.
- Plan and supervise indoor and outdoor play.
- Read books, assist with learning activities, and encourage developmental milestones.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment.
Meal Preparation
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child.
- Clean up after meals and maintain kitchen organization related to childcare.
Household Support
- Keep play areas, bedrooms, and children's spaces clean and organized.
- Assist with dishes and light household tasks related to the child.
- Maintain organization throughout commonly used family areas.
Requirements
- Previous nanny experience with toddlers required.
- Strong references (3 professional references required).
- Highly organized, dependable, and proactive.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Comfortable working in a home with a pool and able to follow pool safety protocols.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Comfortable with occasional schedule flexibility and additional weekday hours.
