Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food safety protocols
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service hours
Experience
- Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant setting is highly preferred, especially in fine dining environments
- Demonstrated proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods are essential
