Overview
Signature Company is a Custom Cabinetry, Stairway, and Railing Manufacturing company located in Haymarket, VA. Our company has over 30+ years in the construction industry, we are the preferred manufacturer in the Mid-Atlantic region for home builders of the Residential Construction market. We are known in our community for the way it respects and values its employee partners.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, no weekends unless working around winter weather. Hours may vary based on daily/weekly manufacturing needs.
Pay: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Boxes are pre-loaded but need to be hooked up to the trailer at the beginning of each shift.
- Out of the work week drivers drive 60% of the time
- On a daily basis, drivers may drive anywhere between 100 to 400 miles, with up to 12 stops
- Upon arrival to the jobsite for delivery driver helpers are to exit the vehicle and be the spotter for parking.
- One may not always be able to get into the driveway and therefore may have to walk the product up to 100 yards to reach the house.
- Drivers and any helpers are responsible for unloading the trucks upon parking
- Stairs can weigh between 180-480 lbs
- Rails weigh about 40 lbs on average
- Cabinets can weigh between 30-210 lbs
- Employees are expected at times to lift up to 75 lbs on their own, any material that is heavier in weight can be loaded with the help of a co-worker
- Stairs, rails, and ultimate treads get delivered into the house
- Cabinets and built-ins get delivered to the respective rooms of the house, which may require drivers to carry this product up to 3 flights of stairs
- Secure any and all returns in the box before departure
- Maintain accurate records and logs, including delivery pictures
- Trucks are to be cleaned and maintained at the end of every shift

Qualifications:
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Clean driving record, at least 3 years prior
- DOT Certification
- Two or more years of delivery experience with a box truck (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good physical condition with no lifting restraints or limitations
- Ability to work in a self-managed environment
- Conscientious, hardworking, team player, and detail oriented
- Positive attitude and respect for others
