We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of Hotel & Conference Center. It is a vital role! Your proactive attitude and organizational skills will help create a positive experience for guests, and team members alike.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly, assign rooms, distribute keys, and explain hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Reservations and Billing: Manage room bookings via Property Management Systems (PMS), process payments, verify credit cards, and prepare final bills upon departure. [1, 2, 3]
- Problem Solving: Listen to and resolve guest complaints or issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Communication: Act as a central hub by answering switchboard calls, taking messages, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance departments regarding room readiness or repairs.
- Administrative Tasks: Run daily reports, secure cash drawers, and assist with upselling hotel services (like room upgrades or dining packages).
