OVERVIEW
Since its founding in 2018, Hill Top Hospitality has been committed to "Inspiring our associates, thrilling our guests, and enriching our community." We've become one of Utah's largest and most acclaimed independent restaurant and catering groups by working hard and collaboratively to deliver on that commitment each day. Associates come first because of their singular importance to our family-culture organization. We inspire associates with industry-best benefits, career-development mentoring and opportunities, and a supportive, respectful environment.
Urban Hill isn't just a restaurant, it's a vision realized. Nestled in Salt Lake City's vibrant Post District, Urban Hill was created by restaurateur Brooks Kirchheimer as a destination where every dining experience feels like a special occasion. The space features a wood-fired grill, oyster bar, curated wine selection, expansive lounge, and private dining and patio areas, all accented by original works from local artists. Leading the kitchen is Executive Chef Nick Zocco, a three time James Beard Foundation Best Chef nominee and two time finalist, whose bold, regionally inspired dishes celebrate locally sourced ingredients from Utah's own farmers, ranchers, and artisans. Named "Most Outstanding Restaurant of the Year" by Salt Lake Magazine and "Best Fine Dining" by Salt Lake City Weekly, Urban Hill has earned its place among Salt Lake City's most celebrated dining experiences, and we're looking for a leader ready to help us keep it that way.
