- Safely move delivered carts to staging area in garden center
- Unload heavy plants from tall carts and racks onto table and fixtures
- Stock and organize live plants creating eye-catching displays
- Monitor plant quality and remove unsellable products
- Adhere to company policies and safety rules while on the job
- Perform routine safety sweeps and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Use mobile applications to clock in/out and complete daily tasks
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Comfortable with continuous walking, carrying, pushing and pulling
- Capable of kneeling, stooping, bending, stretching and standing for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, stocking, or working with plants is a plus, but not required
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
- Contact with insects, dust, soil, pollen and other allergens
- Starting Pay:?Range from $14.00-$18.00 (depending on location)
- Type:?Part-time, seasonal employment
- Schedule:?Open to working most weekends and occasional holidays
