Job summary:
The Client Service Associate is a key support role for a Financial Advisor, focusing on client service and general administrative tasks. As a liaison between clients, the home office, and advisors, you will help ensure the efficient and organized operation of the practice. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with superior interpersonal skills and an ability to multitask effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage client relations, including communication, scheduling, and processing service requests for insurance policies and other non-securities products.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the financial advisor by handling correspondence, maintaining client files, and managing the client relationship management (CRM) system.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance by reviewing applications and performing data entry.
- Support the sales process for non-securities insurance products, including coordinating client meetings and executing cross-selling plans.
- Collaborate with the home office and fund families to obtain necessary information.
Qualifications:
- A Health and Life license is required or must be obtained within two months of employment.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Exceptional communication (written and oral), organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- The ability to maintain strict confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
