Position: Class A CDL Lead Driver
This is a leadership role for an experienced driver who is willing to step in where needed, support operations, assist fellow drivers, and help ensure routes are completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and leads by example with a strong safety-first mindset.
Pay & Benefits
- $325 per day + route differential
- Guaranteed 5 days of work per week

Schedule
- Must be available Monday through Saturday
- Hours may vary based on operational needs
- Home daily on most assignments
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A CDL vehicles while maintaining a strong safety-first mindset
- Serve as a lead driver and provide support across multiple routes and operations
- Assist drivers, dispatch, and management as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Cover open routes and provide route training when necessary
- Help mentor and support new drivers
- Load and unload freight as required (hands-on position)
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ensure timely and professional deliveries
- Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Current DOT Medical Card required
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Strong work history with verifiable references
- Leadership experience preferred
- Reliable, professional, flexible, and safety-focused attitude
