Front Desk Receptionist/Office Administrator at Local CPA Firm
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Administrator at our esteemed CPA firm. A successful candidate will have 2-3 years of administrative and clerical experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and make sure they are comfortable (offer water, coffee or tea if necessary)
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries
Update office calendars and schedule meetings
Perform other clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Printing/scanning and compiling tax documents
Assisting Partners, Accounting and Clerical Staff with special projects

Minimum Requirements:
Must be reliable and willing to work full time week day business hours, with some overtime expected during busy seasons.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be able to work independently and multi-task
Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills
Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
Be professional, reliable, and punctual

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
