We're looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about helping adults and couples create meaningful, lasting change through evidence-based psychotherapy while working alongside a collaborative team of psychiatric providers and fellow therapists.

Required Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing.
- Ability to work independently on a hybrid schedule in our Matawan, NJ office.
- Previous work within integrative mental health teams is a plus.
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient psychotherapy experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to adults.
- Experience providing couples counseling is strongly preferred; couples work is a valued part of the role but does not comprise the majority of the caseload.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills.
- Experience utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Family Systems Therapy
- Trauma-Informed Care
- Mindfulness-Based Interventions
- Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: $77,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
