Bath Flip is one of New England's fastest-growing bathroom remodeling companies, and we're looking for an experienced Massachusetts Licensed Master Plumber to lead our plumbing operations throughout Massachusetts.
This is more than a plumbing position—it's an opportunity to build, lead, and oversee a growing plumbing department while working with a company committed to exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
As our Massachusetts Master Plumber, you will play a critical leadership role by:
- Pulling and managing all required plumbing permits throughout Massachusetts
- Scheduling plumbing work and coordinating installation timelines
- Performing plumbing installations for premium bathroom remodeling projects
- Overseeing and supporting plumbing crews and subcontractors
- Conducting job site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and code compliance
- Working directly with local building departments and plumbing inspectors
- Scheduling and coordinating required inspections
- Completing and maintaining permit documentation and compliance paperwork
- Assisting Operations with project scheduling and job readiness
- Helping maintain Bath Flip's reputation for exceptional customer service and quality craftsmanship
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Licensed Massachusetts Master Plumber (Required)
- Experienced in residential plumbing and bathroom remodeling
- Knowledgeable of Massachusetts plumbing codes and permitting requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with municipalities, inspectors, and homeowners
- Strong leader with the ability to mentor and oversee plumbing crews
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
