SUMMARY
The Maintenance Coordinator position assists the Lead Maintenance Coordinator with maintenance of CARES’ properties located in the City of Albany. This role handles repair requests and ensures properties are safe and well-maintained. The role of this position is focused on ensuring that buildings remain safe, functional, and presentable for residents, tenants, or visitors.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Fix basic plumbing leaks, broken fixtures, and general unit/building wear-and-tear problems.

Maintain landscaping, remove snow or debris, and ensure outdoor areas are clean and hazard-free.

Keep lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces tidy and in working order.

Perform other duties as assigned EXPERIENCE

Preference given to persons with demonstrated experience in maintenance services.
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or GED required.

WORK WEEK
Part-time role, 10 hours per week. Thursday and Friday (5 hours each day) with hours flexible between 7:30am-6:00pm
HOURLY RANGE
$20.00 per hour
