What You’ll Bring:
- Active Mod/Severe Education Specialist License in California
- Experience working with a moderate to severe caseload preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP implementation and compliance
- Effective communication skills for partnering with parents, support staff, and administrators

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specially designed instruction to students in grades K-8 with moderate to severe needs
- Develop and adapt lesson plans based on individual IEP goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers to ensure comprehensive support for each student
- Track and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to support learning and growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the ongoing improvement of student support services

This position begins as soon as possible and runs through the end of the school year, providing 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
