Cross training provided in all aspects of an Automotive Accounting Office.
Responsibilities:

Process car deals and ensure accuracy in all transactions.

Process dealer trade and wholesale deals.

Process cancellations of finance products such as vehicle warranties.

Collaborate with the sales and service departments to gather necessary information for billing purposes.

Maintain organized records of all billing activities and transactions.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and payments from lenders
Requirements:
Required: Previous experience in billing or accounting.-
Preferred: Experience in the automotive industry.

Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Required: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
