We are looking for a Roofing Sales Specialist Team Lead who wants to operate at a high level, lead from the front, and either bring or build a team of strong performers.
This is not a volume hiring role. Our goal is to build a elite competitive group of top producers with the systems, support, and structure to dominate the market.

Responsibilities
- Maintain strong personal sales production
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Set the tone through leadership and accountability
- Support your team in generating leads and closing deals
- Work alongside operations to ensure smooth execution
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience preferred
- Leadership or team-building experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
- Ability to motivate and develop others
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and cell phone
