We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Route Sales Representative & Morning Scoopers to scoop ice-cream in the morning hours to join our team. In this vital roles. Scoopers will be responsible for scooping and packaging ice cream to be shipped and delivered . Route sales and delivery you will be responsible for delivering products efficiently along designated routes while providing exceptional customer service. Your mornings will be filled with engaging interactions, strategic upselling opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive their orders promptly. Duties for morning scoopers ..Scooping, preparing and packaging ice cream to be delivered to different locations from 830 am to 12pm or 8pm to 12am
Duties for route sales and drivers
- Must have valid drivers and transportation for route sales.
- Drive assigned routes efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products to retail stores and clients.
- Conduct heavy lifting and merchandising tasks, including loading and unloading products while maintaining proper safety protocols.
- Build strong customer relationships through friendly communication, addressing client needs, and providing product recommendations.
- Upsell additional products or services during deliveries to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, route logs, and client communications using organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Follow all safety procedures during morning scoopings and route driving to ensure a secure work environment.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic math skills for pricing calculations and route planning.
- Proven experience in retail store environments or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow safe lifting practices consistently.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple stops efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
