Responsibilities of the Caregiver for Home Health
- Follow individualized care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Assist with personal care like dressing, grooming, and hygiene (bathing, oral care, skin care, and hair care)
- Assist with walking and mobility
- Prepare meals and light housekeeping (including laundry)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Transports clients to appointments and errands
Requirements of the Caregiver for Home Health
- Compassionate, dependable, and punctual
- Valid Florida driver's license and current auto insurance
- CPR certification preferred but not required
- Ability to pass AHCA Level II background screening (https://info.flclearinghouse.com/)
