1st Americare is seeking an RN to work with our client in the Winchester area. Candidate with Home Health experience is preferred.
The schedule for this case will be:
- Monday- Wednesday 8am-10pm (or 8am-3pm & 3pm-10pm)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting wellness
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
