About Us
We are an established hospitality venue transitioning into a full event and entertainment destination hosting private parties, live music, weddings, and large catered events. Our daily menu is intentionally simple (artisan pizzas and select appetizers), but our events require elevated service, organization, and leadership.
We are looking for a hands-on culinary professional who can operate a small daily kitchen while also leading large-scale catering and event food service.
This is not a traditional restaurant chef position — this is a leadership role for someone who enjoys both cooking and running operations.
Position Overview
The Working Kitchen Manager is responsible for daily kitchen execution, ordering and inventory, staff leadership, and event catering operations. This person will cook daily, manage kitchen staff, and take ownership of food service for private events ranging from small parties to large catered functions.
This role will grow into the lead culinary position as the venue expands its event programming.
