American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring at least 1 year of L&D experience, NRP, and AWHONN or C-EFM certification for a 13-week night shift contract in Colorado.

Labor and Delivery unit in a hospital setting
-
12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3 days per week (36 hrs/week)

Weekend requirement of 10 weekend shifts per 8-week period (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights count toward this requirement)

On-call requirement of 1–3 call shifts per 8-week period

Floating to other departments may be required based on business need

Epic EMR used for charting

Active CO single-state or compact RN license required

Minimum 1 year of L&D nursing experience required

Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NRP, and either AWHONN or C-EFM — all must be AHA-issued and must not expire prior to start

ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred

Date of birth and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for Labor & Delivery patients

Performs health teaching, counseling, and coordinates patient referrals as needed

Candidates who have been permanent employees of any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least one year to be eligible
