Pink Zebra Moving is hiring Movers, Drivers, and Team Leads to join our growing team.
We're looking for dependable people who show up on time, work hard, take pride in their work, and know how to treat customers with respect.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a member of our moving crew, you'll help customers with their moves from start to finish.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Loading and unloading furniture and household items
- Wrapping and protecting furniture
- Safely carrying and moving heavy items
- Protecting floors, walls, doorways, and customer belongings
- Loading trucks efficiently and safely
- Unloading trucks at the destination
- Working with your crew to complete jobs on schedule
- Communicating professionally with customers
- Keeping work areas and company equipment clean
- Providing a positive customer experience
Drivers and Team Leads will have additional responsibilities, including operating company vehicles and helping direct the moving crew.
PAY & EARNING POTENTIAL
Base Pay: $16–$25 per hour
Plus:
- Customer tips
- Performance bonuses
- Opportunities for raises
- Opportunities for advancement
Many team members earn $20–$30+ per hour when tips and bonuses are included.
Your pay will depend on your position, experience, performance, and responsibilities.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
The most important thing we're looking for is reliability.
You should:
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Have a positive attitude
- Be willing to work hard
- Be comfortable lifting 75+ pounds
- Be comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
- Communicate well with customers and coworkers
- Take care of customers' belongings
- Work well as part of a team
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
DRIVER / TEAM LEAD
For Driver and Team Lead positions:
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean driving record preferred
- Ability to safely operate company trucks
- Leadership and communication skills
- Previous moving, delivery, warehouse, construction, or leadership experience is a plus
NO MOVING EXPERIENCE?
That's okay!
We provide training and teach you the proper techniques for moving, wrapping, loading, unloading, and protecting customer belongings.
We're more interested in finding people with the right attitude and work ethic.
