Keen Bank is seeking a people-focused, detail-oriented Universal Banker to join our team at our Waseca, Minnesota location. In this role, you will often be the first point of contact for our customers and a trusted resource for their everyday banking needs. You may also be asked to provide support at our Ellendale or Owatonna branches as needed.

What You’ll Do
As a Universal Banker, you will combine teller expertise with relationship-building skills to provide exceptional service and support:
· Open, close, and maintain deposit accounts
· Process daily transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers—with accuracy and care
· Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
· Build strong, lasting customer relationships through personalized service
· Participate in officer calls to help develop and strengthen customer relationships
· Handle cash responsibly, including drawers, vaults, and ATMs, and balance accurately each shift
· Maintain knowledge of and comply with applicable state and federal banking regulations
· Travel to Ellendale or Owatonna branches to provide coverage when needed; mileage reimbursement will be provided

What We’re Looking For
· Two years of banking or financial services experience OR four years of business or sales experience
· Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· A commitment to integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards
Your Schedule
· 40 hours per week
· Must be available Monday–Friday between 7:15 a.m. and 5:45 p.m.
· Saturday availability between 8:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m.
Pay & Perks
Pay Range: $18.00–$25.00 per hour
