Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by building long-term customer relationships
- Assist with daily office duties
- Help customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that fit customer needs
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Take ownership and ensure follow-through with tasks in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
- Complete state licensing requirements and training
- People oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, willingness to learn and easily adapt to change
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a quick moving environment
- Detail-oriented and dependable with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using office technology and computers
