As a Locum Anesthesiologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality anesthesia care for cardiac procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes, and you will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to maintain the highest standards of clinical practice.
- Administer anesthesia for various cardiac surgical procedures

Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia

Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to develop anesthesia care plans

Evaluate patient medical history and perform pre-anesthesia assessments

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Provide guidance and support to nursing staff regarding anesthesia practices

Stay current with advancements in anesthesiology and cardiac care

Document anesthesia care and patient responses accurately
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Board certification in Anesthesiology

Current state medical license

Experience in cardiac anesthesiology preferred

Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-5p
Call: Monday-Friday (5p-7a) & 24-hour weekend call shifts
Average Daily Census: 5 admissions, 1 inpatient, and 1 ICU patient
Will respond to in-house codes
Must be board-certified
