What You'll Do
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Build relationships and earn customer trust
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Present vehicle features, benefits, and technology
- Follow up with customers through phone, text, email, and in-person communication
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM
- Work closely with management and finance teams to ensure a smooth delivery process
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
- Participate in dealership training and sales meetings
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license
