Summary
As a Hair Stylist on our salon floor, you will have the opportunity to work with customers by providing top-notch cuts, color, and styling services. Once part of the Supercuts family, you will have the opportunity to work closely within a competitive industry, as well as to develop your relationships with your clientele and your salon team.
- $18.00 hourly for stylists at less than 30 hours weekly, and $19 hourly for stylists working more than 30 hours weekly.
- Paid weekly via direct deposit.
- Tips are paid out daily.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality haircuts, coloring, highlighting, waxing and styling services to clients.
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and make relevant and informed styling recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work and salon areas, ensuring compliance with state and company-wide health and safety standards.
- Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including greeting clients and managing payments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques through continuous training.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license.
- Proven experience working in a salon environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Familiarity with salon software such as Zenoti is a plus.
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
