Responsibilities:
-
Follow Company Mission: (treat customers as if they are your mother or father in need)

Responsible for the delivery and/or pick-up of home medical equipment (HME/DME) and supplies.
-
The set-up of that equipment in customer's home and/or facility.

Educate customer and/or caretaker on the proper & safe use of equipment.

Ensure customer understands how to properly use & maintain equipment.

Carefully loading equipment on and off delivery vehicles.
-
Ensure that all equipment and supplies are secured for safe transport.

Keep delivery vehicle clean, organized and stocked per company policy & compliance.

Responsible for accurately recording serial numbers and lot numbers of equipment.

Responsible for maintaining delivery records per company policy and compliance.
-
On-Call-per rotation schedule.
Physical Demands:
-
Lifting and Carrying: Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 100 pounds, and occasionally 180 pounds with assistance or equipment.

Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while delivering and setting up equipment inside patient homes, facilities, or hospitals.

Bending and Stooping: Regular bending, kneeling, crouching, and stooping.

Reaching and Handling: Frequent reaching, grasping, and manual dexterity to assemble, adjust, and demonstrate equipment.

Driving: Ability to sit and drive for extended periods while operating a company delivery vehicle and navigating residential and commercial areas.

Stair Navigation: Ability move equipment up and down stairs, sometimes in confined spaces or homes without elevators.

Loading and Unloading: Repeated loading and unloading of equipment from delivery vehicles, including securing items for transport.
