The Royal Tot is a high-energy tiki cocktail bar with a casual rooftop and an upscale downstairs bar. We are hiring four fast, polished, and reliable bartenders who take pride in excellent service, creating clean workspace, and working with purpose.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails quickly, cleanly, and consistently
- Greet guests immediately with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Maintain a clean, organized bar throughout the entire shift
- Restock, batch, prep, and clean with urgency
- Work efficiently during high-volume times
- Stay productive and improve the bar during slower periods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Prioritize tasks and exercise strong judgment
- Collaborate with a fast-moving, hardworking team
Requirements
- High energy and able to stay active with no idle time
- Polished, professional appearance and hospitality presence
- Strong interpersonal skills without oversharing
- Ability to think and move quickly in a fast-paced bar
- Comfortable receiving direct feedback and staying drama-free
- Cocktail experience or ability to learn rapidly
- Ability to multitask and maintain clean workflow
- Reliable transportation
- Must live within 30 minutes of Plaza Midwood (required)
