Job Summary
Support site safety by performing routine floor walk inspections, identifying potential hazards, and helping maintain a safe work environment. This role focuses on monitoring work areas, reporting safety concerns, and ensuring site safety procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine floor walk inspections throughout the facility.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions or hazards immediately.
- Communicate safety concerns to supervisors and site personnel.
- Complete required inspection reports and safety documentation.
- Follow all site safety policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform other safety support duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize potential safety hazards.
- Ability to walk, stand, and work throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Must wear required PPE and follow all safety regulations.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work assigned day or night shifts.
