Country Inn & Suites Mankato is seeking a friendly and dependable Banquet Server to join our team. In this role, you will help create exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service during banquets, meetings, weddings, and special events.
- Set up, serve, and clean up banquet events according to event specifications.
- Greet guests and provide professional, courteous service.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain clean, organized, and inviting banquet spaces.
- Assist with resetting event rooms following functions.
- Follow all food safety, beverage service, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with managers and team members to ensure successful events.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Previous banquet or serving experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.
