Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and home health environments. You will work with a diverse patient population, including geriatrics and pediatrics, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance mobility.
Duties
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive assessments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and medical history.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' physical function.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, exercises, and injury prevention.
- Document patient progress accurately in compliance with medical standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
Requirements
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physical therapy practices.
- Experience in orthopedics, outpatient care, home health, geriatrics, or pediatrics is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
