- Manage and oversee the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, pricing, and stocking
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts to the service department and customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with parts inquiries, orders, and returns
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Implement effective demand planning strategies to optimize inventory levels
- Utilize Automate software for inventory management and reporting
- Train and supervise parts department staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is strongly preferred
- Proven track record in parts management, including inventory control and supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control best practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external customers
- Proficient in using Automate or similar software for inventory management
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions regarding pricing, buying, and demand planning
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
