Aviata Healthcare Group is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. In this role, you will provide essential daily care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
Support mobility by helping residents move, transfer, and ambulate safely
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
Follow care plans and comply with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
Qualifications:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required
