- Report to Sr. Director of HR Operations (US) and lead a team of 4–6 HR Managers/Generalists, providing mentorship, direction, and performance oversight.
- Partner with senior business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals, support planning, and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Provide strategic HR leadership by collaborating with COEs and Shared Services to deliver solutions, insights, and programs that meet business objectives.
- Manage employee relations by advising on performance, disciplinary actions, investigations, and ensuring fair, compliant, and legally defensible practices.
- Analyze workforce metrics and trends to inform decision-making, improve engagement, retention, and overall business outcomes.
- Support labor relations, including contract interpretation, union matters, negotiations, compliance with employment laws, and participation in special projects and initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
- PHR, SPHR, GPHR certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role
- Previous experience supporting business clients in a matrix environment
- 5 years of experience in employee relations, with emphasis on employee and/or labor relations and human resources policy development
- Experience with multiple locations &/or business units, dealing with a broad range of HR-related areas at senior levels of organization
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills required in order to communicate and present across all levels within the organization
- Ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple projects.
- Clear verbal and written skills to communicate well with all levels of organization.
- Leadership abilities to delegate tasks and train new employees.
- In-depth knowledge of employment and labor laws.
