Duties
- Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts when necessary
- Pack belongings carefully to prevent damage during transit, utilizing appropriate packing materials and methods
- Assist with disassembly and reassembly of furniture or equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace during packing and loading processes
- Load and secure items properly in trucks to prevent shifting or damage during route driving
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of moves while providing excellent customer service throughout the process
Experience
- Prior warehouse experience or moving industry background preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other moving equipment is advantageous but not mandatory; training available if needed
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting regularly and work in physically demanding environments

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
