Job Summary
Turf Bunny Lawn & Landscaping is seeking a hardworking Landscaping Laborer to join our landscape installation crew. This is not a lawn mowing position. Our landscape crew completes projects such as mulch installation, plantings, stone work, bed renovations, grading, cleanups, and other outdoor improvement projects.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up every day ready to work, and is not afraid of physical labor. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that values quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Install mulch, stone, plants, and landscape materials
- Assist with grading and site preparation
- Dig, rake, wheelbarrow, and move materials throughout the day
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Operate landscaping equipment safely
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Follow directions and work efficiently as part of a crew
- Perform other landscaping and outdoor labor tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and work hard every day
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience
- Valid driver's license
Important
This is a physically demanding position. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, dependable, and willing to work hard. If you're looking for a job where you can stand around, be on your phone, or do the bare minimum, this is not the position for you.
Pay
$18–$25 per hour, based on experience and performance.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Overtime available during peak season
