Responsibilities:
· Prepare food in the kitchen, including chicken salads, soups, sides and sandwiches
· Setting up workstations and ingredients
· Measuring ingredients and seasonings
· Washing and chopping vegetables
· Cutting and parboiling chicken
· Ensuring food and other items are stored properly
· Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen along with complying with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
· Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
· Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
· Work Quickly and Efficiently
· Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
· Maintain Proper Quality Parameters
· Ability to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
· Be able to walk and/or stand for several hours at a time
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
· Be at least 18 years of age
· Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
· Have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs.
· Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
