Position Description
The Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians & Surgeons, Department of Neurology is seeking a full-time General Neurologist to join our Division of General Neurology. Responsibilities include providing outpatient clinical care at one of the ambulatory practice locations, with opportunities for resident and medical student education and clinical research. Subspecialty training is not required but is welcomed.
Columbia’s General Neurology practice is comprised of an integrated team of neurological specialists with particular expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of both common and complex neurological disorders. Qualifications
- MD or MD-PhD
- Must be board certified in neurology. Candidates should possess a demonstrated record as a clinician and should possess excellent patient care, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- NYS, NJ, and CT medical license
- Able to meet New York Presbyterian Hospital-Medical Staff Office credentialing requirements

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Pay: $240,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
