- Present and explain treatment plans recommended by doctors

Educate patients on treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements

Coordinate scheduling for restorative, specialty, and follow-up treatment

Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding coverage

Support treatment acceptance through clear communication and patient education

Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment needs

Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office team members

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

- Minimum 2 years of dental experience preferred

Previous Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, Dental Assistant, or Front Desk experience preferred

Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment planning

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to explain treatment and financial options in a professional, compassionate manner

Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar dental software preferred
