Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Kitchen Chef who can prepare both Japanese hibachi dishes and American-style food in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Kitchen Chef, you will manage kitchen activities efficiently, and deliver memorable dining experiences that delight our guests. Your culinary expertise and leadership will be vital in maintaining a lively, positive atmosphere where creativity and precision thrive.
Duties
- Prepare and cook Japanese hibachi menu items
- Cook American dishes
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Manage kitchen prep and inventory
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Work efficiently during busy service hours
- Assist with menu development and daily specials
Qualifications
- Experience cooking American cuisine required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
