The Role
We're looking for a motivated Territorial Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll start by mastering window sales before expanding into roofing — giving you well-rounded expertise in exterior home improvement. You'll manage your own territory, work with a marketing team to generate leads, self-generate your own pipeline, and receive digital leads to maximize your opportunities.

What You'll Do
- Sell window and exterior products to homeowners, mastering the full product line over time
- Expand into roofing sales after demonstrating proficiency with windows
- Manage and work alongside a marketing team to drive door-to-door lead generation
- Self-generate leads within your assigned territory
- Work digital leads provided by the company
- Build relationships with homeowners and find solutions that genuinely fit their needs and budget
- Hit weekly and monthly KPI targets and participate in performance reviews
Compensation
Training Period (Weeks 1–5):
- $600/week guaranteed training pay while you learn the ropes
- Plus commission on every deal you close during training — so you're earning from day one
After Training — Your Choice:
- Base + Commission: $600/week base pay plus commission on every deal closed
- Full Commission: No base pay, higher earning potential with uncapped commissions

- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive
- Ability to work outdoors and in the field daily
- Sales experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
