PM/GM tech - 7 am to 3:30 pm shift (availability to work nights and weekends as needed).
Requirements:

2-years field HVAC experience.

Valid DL must be able to pass an MVR check.

Pass background check.

Be on rotations on call 24/7 shared with all other techs, and work OT as needed.

Highly motivated and skilled.

Communicate with customers.

Complete work requests daily.

Operate smartphone and tablet.
-
Work hand tools and equipment related to the job.

able to read a meter and schematics
Task:
-
HVAC preventative maintenance
-
Chiller, Condenser, VAV, pumps, water fountains, Hot water heaters, fans and other mechanical equipment PM

Replace filter, belts and other components as needed.

Replacing/ install?/ service: lighting, ballast, outlets, switches, ETC.

Plumbing: Repair, install, service: faucet, toilet, sinks, water heaters, HVAC, ETA.
