- Identify vehicle or equipment issues that could impact operational capacity.
- Oversee operational inventory, including uniforms, safety vests, batteries, chargers, scanning equipment, and station supplies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional work environment.
Financial & Cost Management
- Manage operations with a strong focus on efficiency and responsible cost control.
- Monitor operational expenses and identify unnecessary spending.
- Make financially responsible decisions regarding staffing, equipment, inventory, and operational resources.

- Identify inefficiencies and develop solutions that improve productivity and execution.
- Create systems and processes that strengthen communication, organization, accountability, and scalability.
- Document important operational procedures and standard operating processes.

- Experience working with KPIs, scorecards, productivity goals, or other measurable performance standards.
- Experience overseeing safety, compliance, or operational procedures.
- Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining professionalism and a positive workplace culture.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, reporting systems, and operational technology.
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
- Ability to work on-site for the required schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, or last-mile delivery.
- Previous Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) experience.
- Experience managing delivery drivers or a transportation workforce.
- Familiarity with Amazon DSP systems, tools, scorecards, safety programs, or delivery operations.
- Experience managing a large hourly workforce.
- Experience developing managers, supervisors, or team leads.
Amazon DSP experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong leadership experience in other high-volume operational environments are encouraged to apply.
