The Recruiter is responsible for executing the full-cycle recruitment activities to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager to identify talent needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, attract top talent in competitive markets and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-focused, highly organized, and experienced in sourcing and hiring quality candidates in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter serves as a brand ambassador for the company, creating a positive candidate experience while ensuring efficient and compliant hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding transition.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate requirements.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile standardized role requirements and ensure consistent hiring practices.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen applicants and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support workforce planning efforts through talent market insights and recruiting data.
- Promote a positive candidate experience and employer brand throughout the hiring process.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and recruiting functions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
- Provide recruiting updates and hiring progress reports to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Experience recruiting commission-based sales roles within the financial services industry preferred.
- Experience recruiting across multiple business functions, locations, and states preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
