Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine pool maintenance, including skimming, brushing, and vacuuming pools
- Check and adjust chemical levels to ensure water is balanced and safe for swimming
- Inspect and clean pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters
- Troubleshoot and repair minor pool equipment issues
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pool service or maintenance is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Basic knowledge of pool equipment and chemicals
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to lift equipment and work in various weather conditions
Summary
As a Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of residential and commercial pools, ensuring they are safe and enjoyable for clients. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will utilize your core skills in pool maintenance and cleaning, along with your premium skills in mechanical knowledge and equipment repair. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, as you will interact directly with clients.
