As a Broker, you will be responsible for facilitating transactions and providing exceptional customer service while navigating the complexities of the market. This role requires negotiation skills and the ability to work independently in an outside sales capacity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and prices.
- Engage in business-to-business sales efforts to expand commercial client base and promote services.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales tactics and market approaches.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding gas/electric specifications and client requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Access to both phone and computer.
- Experience in sales, preferably in energy or technical sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse client bases.
- Experience in outside sales with a proactive approach to lead generation.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results.
- Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
