PMP Personnel Services is partnered with a well-established medical manufacturing company in Elk Rapids that is urgently hiring Production Operators for immediate openings. This is a temporary opportunity with strong pay, a four-day work week, and the chance to start quickly.
This role works in a cleanroom production environment supporting medical manufacturing processes. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and looking to earn strong money over the next few months, this is a great opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform repetitive production tasks in a cleanroom environment
- Dip blades and medical components into silicone materials
- Inspect products for consistency and quality
- Follow strict production and cleanliness procedures
- Maintain accurate production standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Support production goals while maintaining quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong reliability and attendance
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen that includes THC testing
