This incumbent in this position will be responsible for serving as the front desk receptionist for the Human Resources Office in a fast-paced environment. This position will be tasked with answering and directing telephone calls, assisting walk-in employees and visitors, responding to general inquiries, and providing clerical and administrative support. The incumbent must possess strong customer service, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, and be able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
