Pay & Benefits

Schedule
We're looking for caregivers who can:
- Work at least 3 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
- Be available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Work 8–10 hour shifts
- Commit for at least 3 months
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, in-home childcare
- Plan fun, age-appropriate activities
- Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and daily routines
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
- Communicate with parents about each child's day
- Adult care experience is a plus, as some families may occasionally request companionship or basic support for adult family members
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of childcare experience (babysitting, nanny, daycare, preschool, or similar)
- Two professional childcare references
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional, dependable, and caring attitude
